Autres pays, autre merde
It seems that our colleague Harry has discovered one of those "divided-by-a-common-language" sort of things, where customs in England differ in subtle but profound ways from those in civilized nations: I infer that in England, when you order a pizza, all you get is food. But we do things differently in America.
